Return Home Reading tomorrow!
The first skating session is in the books at RBES! Thank you to the MANY volunteers who came out to help tie skates, spend time on the ice and cheer on the children! I was very impressed by how skilled the kids had become, after spending only 4 days on the ice. Nice work, 2C!

Return Home Reading Tomorrow!
In Science we are continuing to explore the effects of heating and cooling. Yesterday, students brainstormed various ways to melt an ice cube. We discovered that putting it under warm water was the quickest way. Today, we discovered that heating a potato makes it's color change and is much tastier!
We are continuing to research facts about the Polar Bear using links on Google Classroom to watch videos and read articles. They were also introduced to the tool: voice to text on Google Docs.
